We’re hearing more news of shake-ups going on at Lucky magazine. A source tells us of several layoffs at the magazine today, but that isn’t the only major change the troubled magazine is going through. Word is, Lucky will be transitioning into a quarterly publication.

It’s been something of a mess at Lucky lately. Last year, the magazine joined forces with BeachMint to form The Lucky Group and in February they unveiled their Lucky Shops website. Late last month, Eva Chen announced she would be stepping down as editor-in-chief of the magazine. Soon after, Lucky postponed their LuckyFabb conference, which was scheduled to take place just a week after they made the announcement.
We reached out to Lucky for comment and we will be updating as we hear more.
