According to Vogue, Henry Holland was inspired by “a trip to a balmy Mexico City by way of the tattoo parlours of Venice beach,” for his House of Holland lineup this season. The Mexican influence was most evident in the abundance of appliquéd roses, particularly when set against white fabric. The most notable thing about the collection, however, was its wearability. The designer, arguably for the first time, managed to show a collection that both expressed his lighthearted approach to fashion, while holding more than niche appeal.

Among the most memorable looks were light denim trousers and dresses with floral lace detailing, gingham separates with a faux patchwork effect, high-shine cropped at the ankle metallic trousers and lace skirts.
